Cookie Policy

What the website stores in your browser

This website sets no cookies. Here we explain what is nevertheless stored in the browser, when external services are loaded and how you manage this.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember your settings or recognise your device on your next visit. Similarly, the browser also has local and session storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) in which a website can save short entries; session storage is deleted as soon as you close the browser tab.

02Which cookies we use

This website sets no cookies at all: neither strictly necessary, functional, analytical nor marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking, profiling or advertising tools. For basic visit statistics we run our own visit counter that uses no cookies or browser storage, does not store IP addresses and does not pass data to external services. Only the page visited, the language, the device type, the source of the visit (e.g. a search engine or an ad) and a daily, non-reversible value from which the visitor cannot be identified are recorded. Fonts, videos and images are hosted on our own server, so no connection to third parties is established when the page loads.

03External services

The Google map on the Contact page is not loaded automatically, but only after you click the button to show the map. Until that click no third-party cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. After the click, Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. Instead of loading the map you can click the link that opens the location in Google Maps in a new browser tab.

Links to other websites (TIL-Grad, TIL-Digital) lead to third-party websites that have their own cookie rules.

04How to manage cookies in your browser

You can view, block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data;
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Since this website uses no cookies, blocking cookies will not affect how it works.

05Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy if we add new features to the website that use cookies. The version published on this page, with the date of the last update, always applies.
