These Terms of Use govern the use of the website ti-ki-intelektualne-usluge.hr (hereinafter: the website), owned and edited by TI-KI INTELEKTUALNE USLUGE j.d.o.o., Ulica poginulih branitelja 2, 10340 Vrbovec, Croatia, OIB 62576338464 (hereinafter: TI-KI). By accessing and using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

All content of the website – texts, design, graphic solutions, illustrations and icons, photographs, videos, animations, the logo and the name TI-KI – is the property of TI-KI or is used with the permission of the rights holder and is protected by the Croatian Copyright and Related Rights Act and other intellectual property regulations.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. We will endeavour to settle any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in the Republic of Croatia at the registered office of TI-KI shall have jurisdiction.

TI-KI may change these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Changes take effect on the day of publication, and by continuing to use the website you accept the amended Terms. The version published on this page, with the date of the last update, always applies.
